铜包钢接地棒是在借鉴国外技术的基础上研制开发的用特殊的电镀工艺生产而成。它具有铜层厚(0.25毫米以上)、阻值低、耐腐蚀性强、强度高、安装方便、电气连接性能好、粘合度好、不剥离(可轧制螺纹)等特点。它的优点是抗拉强度大(高大600牛顿/平方毫米),耐腐蚀性强(可保证使用寿命在30年以上),有恒定的低电阻及良好的可塑性,既有与铜等同的性能又兼有钢材特性。电镀工艺生产的系列产品,克服了套管包覆法存在的结合力差等缺陷,可广泛用于输变电和通讯线路、电站、建筑物及天线的接地装置中,也可用于计算机等电子设备的接地系统,并可与接闪器(避雷针、避雷线)及引下线组成防雷接地装置。 铜包钢接地棒技术特点: 1、制造工艺独特:采用比较好电镀法生产工艺,弯曲180度之后不出现脱节、翘皮、开裂现象。
